By creating ‘scars’ on circular pieces Galhotra is referencing the damage we’ve left on the planet and her many works made using ankle bells used by dancers now stand silent in pieces that mimic elements of nature including a hanging beehive or water flowing down a wall. It’s a subtle and meditative show.
