'A Different Now is Close Enough to Exhale on You' brings together a constellation of artists grappling with themes of transformation and continuity across African contexts. Curated by Bonaventure Soh Bejeng Ndikung, this ambitious three-part exhibition spans Goodman Galleries in Cape Town and Johannesburg, with an additional satellite show at Umhlabathi Collective. Anchored by ideas of power, resilience, and postcolonial legacy, the show navigates historical memory and forces of oppression, from the aftershocks of apartheid to the climate crisis.
